Pam Bates is the General Manager for Galva Family Dentistry and the multiple locations. Pam has been working in the dental field since 1979. Pam has completed multiple dental management certification courses, including the Jameson program at New York University. Her position is to handle the business end of the practices so the doctors can concentrate on their patients. Pam has 2 grown children. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys traveling and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
